We will never sell or give away your information.  We consider your name and email and other data private.  Your survey results are presented to you at the time of submitting your assessment.  We strongly suggest that you print your results so you can have a copy.  The answers you provided are never left on the Internet -  they are deleted once the survey is completed and you press the submit button.  

Terms and Conditions of Use

A. Terms
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this site and make purchases of the MyIQsurvey assessment.  By purchasing access logins from MyIQsurvey website you agree and understand our Terms and Conditions of Use.  If you do not agree with our Terms do not make the purchase and leave the website.  

B. As Is
The materials on MyIQsurvey web site are provided "as is." MyIQsurvey makes no warranties, expressed or implied.   MyIQsurvey  hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchant ability.  Further, MyIQsurvey  does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its internet web
site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

C. Results Report
MyIQsurvey  nor the information on the website, nor our Results Report and the Job opportunities Worksheet is intended to substitute nor replace medical attention nor professional mental health services for individuals with health related issues. People are encouraged to seek out health care service professionals and other health care counselors and not use the MyIQsurvey assessment website.  

D. No Refunds
We may replace Assessment logins at the sole descretion of the MyIQsurvey management team.  There will be No Refunds. Do not decide to use our service if you have questions about the service. We strongly advise you to contact our office at
bruce@bruceoliverconsulting.com with your questions.  It is the management's desire to have all adult users have a friendly user experience.  Receipts will be automatically sent to buyers via our processing service.  We offer payment processing via secure servers.

E. Use
Permission is granted to print and or save "Result Reports" and "Job opportunities Worksheet" from MyIQsurvey web site for personal and  commercial use only.  
You may not modify the materials.  These materials cannot be resold for any commercial purpose.  You are not given permission to publically display materials (commercial or non-commercial).  You are not given permission to attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software on the MyIQsurvey  website.  You are not given permission to transfer the materials to another person electronically or "mirror" the materials on any other server.  Your ability to login and access information from MyIQsurvey  website will terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.  Upon termination you must  destroy any and all downloaded electronic or printed materials in your possession.

F. Limitations
MyIQsurvey  or its suppliers will not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on MyIQsurvey internet site, even if MyIQsurvey  or a MyIQsurvey   authorized representative has been notified  orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply.

We strive to provide excellent material and recommendations.   However, please note that MyIQsurvey is not responsible for the contents of any linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by MyIQsurvey  of the site. Use of any  such linked web site is at the user's own risk.
